The North American Association of Educational
Negotiators (NAEN) is a network of educational management experts for effective employee
relations. The NAEN Bulletin is the official publication about school district negotiations
trends and issues. NAEN has approximately 500 members from the United States and Canada (43%
are from Canada). NAEN was originally incorporated in 1970 in Virginia and has been serving as a
network for management negotiators in school districts for the last 36 years.
