Professional Bio
Serves as Executive Director for Human Resources and Legal Services at District 219 since 2013. Began his career in education as a paraprofessional at the Urbana School District 116. His passion for public service and public education grew with his experience at the Illinois Attorney General's office and the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois at Chicago (formerly the John Marshall Law School).
