Monica Schroeder

Monica Schroeder, Ed.D. currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of North Shore School District 112 where she has worked since 2006. She is the future superintendent effective July 1, 2026 of her organization and is currently responsible for the oversight of construction projects and supervises the Directors of Personnel Services, Safety and Security, and Communications and Community Engagement, and the Executive Director of Technology and Operations. Monica is the Chair of the Constitution, Bylaws, and Governmental Relations Committee of the Illinois American Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA) and the President-Elect for the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA).
