He is a former Director of HR for several school districts in Connecticut, and is a frequent presenter on Best Practices in FMLA administration at AASPA Conferences, as well as state conferences. He is the author of the book Family and Medical Leave Act Compliance Manual: a practical guide to FMLA leave administration for school districts, published by AASPA in 2020.
