IASPA Virtual Job Fair Employer Info Session
The 2025 virtual job fairs for educators deliver three opportunities - February 6th, March 6th, and May 15th - for district administrators, faculty, and other leaders to meet with potential candidates. These events attract hundreds of qualified educator candidates from around the region to meet with recruiters and hiring managers from districts around the state. These job fairs are an excellent opportunity to meet with new graduates, early career teachers, and career changers in 1-on-1 in chat and video sessions.
This Webinar Wednesday will provide an overview of recruiting with virtual job fairs, highlight the changes from prior year events, and provide opportunities for the audience to ask questions. You'll walk away knowing what to expect and how to sell the experience to your principals and hiring supervisors. Interactive discussion time will be dedicated to common and uncommon questions.
