Dr. Jane Pedersen, Ed.D., pHCLE, is Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Kildeer Countryside School District 96. Prior to her work in Human Resources, she served as a Student Services Administrator and School Psychologist. Her work focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional educators while building collaborative, equitable systems that strengthen schools and support student success.
