HR Review Process

What is an HR Review?

Our experienced reviewers benchmark your policies, procedures, and systems against best practices in school HR, highlighting strengths while identifying opportunities for growth that will minimize risks and vulnerabilities.

Why do I need one?

    1. Employees are the first point of contact with students and are consistently identified as one of the largest influences upon student success.
    2. School districts pay for financial audits annually, and the largest portion of a school district budget is personnel. It only makes sense that a school district should periodically assess it's processes connected with this critical area.
    3. Investing in the review will reduce potential liabilities by ensuring that all human resources functions are conducted in an effective, legal, and adequate manner.

"Every time a school district hires a new employee the stakes are incredibly high! Making sure you are following all of the statutory requirements regarding recruitment and hiring is non-negotiable."

- Josh Chambers, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Glenbard Township High School District 87
