Aaron J. Kacel

Aaron counsels employers on labor and employment law, including internal investigations, employee discipline, labor relations, and compliance with laws such as the Illinois Human Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII. He represents employers in litigation and before agencies including the EEOC and Illinois Department of Human Rights, and handles traditional labor matters such as arbitrations, grievances, and collective bargaining negotiations. Aaron also provides employer trainings on internal investigations, preventing workplace discrimination and harassment, and managing leave and accommodation requests.
