Susan Nicholas

Susan E. Nicholas focuses her practice on serving employers, educational entities, municipalities, and other public bodies in all aspects of labor and employment law and general student matters. She is known for her strength in listening closely to clients and balancing their objectives with legally sound solutions tailored to each community's unique needs. Susan is the former President and Treasurer of the Decatur Bar Association's Executive Board and a former Macon County Teen Court Moderator. Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, she practiced family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and civil litigation, and served as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Macon County State's Attorney Office.
