Todd Hayden

Todd K. Hayden focuses his practice on school and municipal law, providing guidance to governmental employers on labor and employment matters, including employee discipline, employment discrimination, collective bargaining, and employment contracts. He obtained a significant appellate court ruling establishing school districts' rights regarding the assignment of educational support personnel, and has extensive experience in unit formation proceedings, negotiations, mediation, and interest arbitration, as well as executive contract disputes. Todd is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education to provide school board member training, and earned his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
