IASPA Conference Registration Refund Policy

Cancellation deadline

  • All in-person registrations (paid by credit card, purchase order, or “send payment”) must be cancelled in writing no later than 7 days before the event.

  • A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved registration refunds.

No-refund situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Failure to attend the conference

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Inability to attend due to state or district travel restrictions

  • Medical or weather-related cancellations

  • Airfare, hotel, or any other travel or related costs

Late cancellations

  • No registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event.

Non-refundable items

  • Memberships

  • Special events

  • Meal tickets

How to request a cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Jessica Weir at jweir@iaspa.org no later than one week prior to the event.
