WW - Unconscious Bias in Hiring Practices

Please join Dr. LeViis Haney from Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 as we explore how unconscious bias works, and its impact on decision making processes related to hiring. Participants will learn practical strategies to manage their biases and cultivate organizations that are conducive for the hiring and retention of candidates of color.   

Registration is free to IASPA members.  Non-members may attend but will be charged a registration fee of $25.
