The 5th annual WELL Summit (Women in Education: Leading and Learning) is thrilled to be back in 2023 at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.

This event is a partnership of 18 statewide organizations and is designed for women at all points of their educational career – from those leading or learning in college & university preparation programs to school staff and faculty, assistant principals, principals, deans, special education supervisors, directors, assistant superintendents, school business officials, superintendents to board members, state board staff as well as professionals who support women in leadership. The mission of the annual event is to empower, connect, inspire, support, celebrate, and develop women in educational leadership.

Join us on Thursday, March 9, for an evening welcome reception from 5 – 7 p.m. featuring appetizers and refreshments as well as some fun! The next day, March 10, is a full day of inspiration and learning.  This is a tremendous opportunity to build your network with other women throughout Illinois.

Registration is limited to 400 participants. Recipients will each receive the annual 4" GEM paperweight keepsake recognizing our 5th year!  Attendees are also eligible for door prizes and 6 hours of professional development clock hours!

Even if you have never attended before, we have plans to greet you, whether you will be attending alone (you won't be alone for long) or with a group!  The event is limited to the first 400 registrants. We are already at 310 so there is still room for 90 attendees!

For details about our amazing keynote speakers and to register, please check out the WELL SUMMIT SITE!

The registration fee is $199, with group discounts available! Through an anonymous donation, CPS educators are eligible for a $100 scholarship to defray part of the registration cost.
