What?

This webinar will focus on the staff engagement assessment tool of "Employee Stay Interviews" that can be used to develop, evaluate, and improve district, school, and departmental strategic and organizational improvement plans. Stay Interviews are grounded in Engagement Theory and are a powerful tool for Human Capital Leaders in terms of employee engagement, commitment, satisfaction, and retention. A rationale for school leaders to focus on employee engagement through Stay Interviews will be presented, and participants will learn about resources and processes that can be used to create a Stay Interview that is tailored to specific organizational needs and strategic goals. A Stay Interview exemplar will be provided to participants.
