Professional Bio
Amy Liss is co-founder of Campus Integrity Group, where her work includes independent investigations, Title IX matters, compliance reviews, prevention strategies, and training for K-12 schools and youth-serving organizations.
Before co-founding Campus Integrity Group, Amy served as Chief Investigator for the Sexual Allegations Unit (SAU) in the Chicago Public Schools Office of Inspector General, where she led some of the district's most complex and sensitive investigations involving staff and students. As a member of the SAU leadership team, Amy developed and refined policies and procedures, implemented investigative and training protocols, and introduced process improvements that strengthened efficiency and quality. She also analyzed trends and data to identify systemic vulnerabilities and inform the district's prevention efforts.
Amy began her career as a Chicago Police Officer, where she built the investigative foundation she later brought to K-12 settings. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Criminal Justice, along with certifications in K-12 Investigations, Investigative Report Writing, Domestic Violence, K-12 Title IX Advanced Administration, and Organizational Management. Amy became a Certified Inspector General Investigator in 2023.
