Founders Amber Nesbitt and Amy Liss led the nation's only independent body dedicated to K-12 sexual misconduct investigations, where they oversaw more than 2,500 cases in the country's third largest school district. Over more than a decade on the front lines of that work, they saw the same challenge play out again and again: when a serious allegation arose, schools and other youth-centered organizations were left navigating an incredibly complex situation without the specialized expertise, independence, or capacity it demands. Campus Integrity Group was founded to fill that gap.

Campus Integrity Group handles complaints under Title VI, Title IX, related state and local laws, potential criminal conduct, and institutional policies. Our expertise includes sexual harassment, abuse, assault, and other sexual misconduct; grooming behaviors, boundary violations, and anonymous reports; discrimination and harassment based on sex, gender, race, or national origin; conduct that raises concerns about more serious misconduct; and complex or high-profile cases involving leaders, multiple staff members, delayed outcries, or systemic issues. Amber and Amy know how to balance child safety, compliance obligations, resource constraints, and procedural fairness within the realities of educational and institutional settings.
